Welcome to Models Row .com

A totally fresh take on the models and photographers portfolio and profile sites. Built from the ground up with flexibility, and usability in mind.

We are now in BETA mode

You may set up one of several PROFILES (no portfolios yet) that contain all your information, and can add one headshot/photo. Portfolio/Image uploads will follow shortly, as will comments/ratings and a great contacts/favorites system.

-->Logo images have been enabled<--

Note: Took a break on development here for a short time to modify a few of the features to use in other sites that will allow a viral exposure of images and talent. More later, stay tuned.

Sept 17th: A few updates:

  1. I've made some fundamental logic changes to the layout of the site, which I've been implementing and hope to have a demo version or page up shortly so you can see what is coming
  2. I've realized that at-first is when to make the big changes, before being locked in, and these changes are big.
  3. One of the biggest problems is interactivity. Portfolio/profile sites are static by nature, and people are encouraged to "spam" to get noticed. By adding in base/core interactivity within the system, you discourage "spam" and make it easier to flag users disruptive to the system, as well as those most constructive and interesting.
  4. The site will be significantly more "relational" and friendly to the user/surfer/info-seeker. The shortcoming of most sites is searching/finding people near you to work with, or specific artworks/images to use, or talents to draw on.
  5. This has been brewing in my mind for awhile now, but with some of the incremental changes already made, these new additions are more like updates than core-code changes. Significant stat-reporting on who is watching/viewing your images and profiles and portfolios will be available. So will a history of what you've looked at and where you've gone. You'll be able to easily create lists of your interests, find users you've visited. The system will be able to suggest other users and images based on your history, and will notify you when new images/comments are posted to your friends/faves/etc lists. This is *huge* additional coding, and will be phased in a segment at a time. (and will be as retroactive as possible).
  6. I hope to have a wider beta/opening-day for this site very, very soon with basic features. Sign up if interested.
  7. CreepyCards.com is open with the ability to upload your own "buggy" or creepy images for Halloween. It gets a huge number of hits this time of year, and now allows user-submissions. Try it.

A number of features have already been built in, and many, many more are being added. Also, this is the only site out there that will sell you the software to run your own similar site, and can customize the features and functionality to eactly what you need.

  1. Various and advanced profile features to make searching for your needs, or listing your qualifications easier and more exact.
  2. Advanced search facilities to allow you to find people who meet your needs, as well as an advanced grid for listing your qualifications for targeted searching.
  3. Advanced friends/favorites system for tracking good and bad working relationships, and posting feedback on users.
  4. Advanced age and content filters for work and general browsing.
  5. Advanced ratings and review features, with addtional behind-the-scenes functionality being enabled
  6. Advanced parameter settings to keep image quality, and sizes within defined ranges, as well as flexible display options and admin configurations.
  7. Too much more to list here, but there is also a pro version being worked on (this is the "Lite" version). The pro version will offer full stock agency ability and far more advanced image management features.

TFPModeling.com is a site for BOTH photographers & Models to discuss and share their portfolios on TFP Modeling, and to hookup for creative collaborations. It is also the second, unofficial, home of the Pittsburgh Models and Photographers Meetup Group.
